JAMUNA YOGASHALA
Jamuna Yogashala is the heartfelt creation of passionate yoga practitioner Jamuna. Born from her deep desire to serve and uplift, the Yogashala is a space where women and children are guided toward physical vitality and mental peace through therapeutic and restorative yoga practices.
Jamuna’s yoga journey is rooted in both tradition and love. She received her Certificate in Yoga Training from Traditional Yoga, UK in December 2021, laying the foundation for her personal and professional practice. To further deepen her knowledge, she completed her Yoga Teacher Training in April 2024 at Veda Yogashala, India, under the compassionate mentorship of her beloved sister, Yoga Ratnamani Yuvika Dhar.
At Jamuna Yogashala, every session is designed with care, blending ancient wisdom with modern approaches to healing. Jamuna believes in empowering individuals—especially women and children—to reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds, and embrace the harmony within.
“Yoga is my path, my purpose, and my offering. At Jamuna Yogashala, I hold space for others to heal, grow, and shine—just as yoga has done for me.”
Jamuna Yogashala follows principles of Patanjali.
