Jamuna Dhar is an Intuitive and Spiritual Yoga Trainer and the Founder of Jamuna Yogashala. With a deep commitment to holistic healing and authentic yogic wisdom, she has created a nurturing wellness space dedicated to empowering women and children through therapeutic and restorative yoga practices.

Jamuna Yogashala is a professional yoga and wellness center focused on promoting physical vitality, mental clarity, and emotional balance. Rooted in traditional yoga philosophy and guided by spiritual awareness, the Yogashala offers structured programs designed to address modern lifestyle challenges while honoring ancient yogic principles.

Jamuna earned her Certificate in Yoga Training from Traditional Yoga, UK (December 2021), and completed her Yoga Teacher Training in April 2024 at Veda Yogashala, India, under the expert mentorship of Yoga Ratnamani Yuvika Dhar. Her teaching approach integrates classical yogic knowledge, intuitive guidance, and therapeutic techniques to deliver personalized and result-oriented sessions.
